There are different kinds of begonias and many different colors and sizes to choose from. You can grow begonias inside or outside. They like acidic type soil which is a heavy soil made with peat moss, manure and some sand to keep the water to the roots. Remember to fertilize but not a lot this will bring you a healthy plant.
When you see dead brown flowers or yellowing leaves – they will need to be taken off. That is too much water and the bugs will get to your flowers. Some begonias flowers don’t have a smell. The smell comes from the leaves instead of the flowers. Begonias like sun but not full sun and not full shade just enough to have light. They like the cooler weather.
